Setting Up Your AI Agent
Crawl your site, train AI, go live
- 1Go to AI Agents in your dashboard sidebar
- 2Click Create New Agent and give it a name
- 3Enter your website URL — the AI crawls all pages automatically
- 4Wait for the crawl to finish (usually 2–5 minutes)
- 5Test the AI by chatting with it in the preview panel
- 6Assign the agent to your chat widget and publish
Installing the Chat Widget

Copy your unique ID from Dashboard → Widget Settings

Setting Up Live Agents
Invite team, assign chats
- 1Go to Agents → Invite New Agent
- 2Enter their name, email, and assign a role (Admin / Agent)
- 3The agent receives an email to set their password
- 4They log in at service.ictdesk.net to start chatting
- 5They set their status to Online to receive incoming chats
- 6Configure auto-assignment rules per department or skill
