Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using ICTDesk.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ICTDesk platform (“Service”), operated by ICT Innovations, Lahore, Pakistan (“we,” “us,” or “ICTDesk”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform at service.ictdesk.net, or using any ICTDesk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ICTDesk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
You may use ICTDesk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass automated messaging without recipient consent
- Conduct any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the chat widget or API
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to ICTDesk without an explicit white-label agreement signed with ICT Innovations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants’ data or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. ICTDesk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You must promptly notify us at support@ictdesk.net if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Each tenant account is isolated from other tenants. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other ICTDesk tenants.
4. Billing and Payments
ICTDesk subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize ICTDesk to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.

5. Free Trial
ICTDesk offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial period, you have access to full platform features based on the plan you selected.
At the end of the trial period, you will need to enter payment information to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account and associated data will be retained for 14 additional days before being permanently deleted.
Only one free trial per person or organization is permitted. ICTDesk reserves the right to end trial accounts found to be abusing the trial system.
6. Intellectual Property
The ICTDesk platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by ICT Innovations and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain all rights to the content you and your users generate through ICTDesk (such as chat transcripts and knowledge base articles). By using the Service, you grant ICTDesk a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
An open-source license may be available for the ICTDesk codebase — contact sales@ictdesk.net for licensing inquiries.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICT Innovations and ICTDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ICTDesk in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Service Availability and SLA
ICTDesk targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the core platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
In the event of service disruptions, we will communicate status updates via our status page and email notifications to account administrators. ICTDesk is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support to request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in activity that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform
- Fail to pay any amounts due
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
If you are using ICTDesk from a jurisdiction outside Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
