Money-Back Guarantee
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
ICTDesk offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans — Starter ($9.99/mo), Professional ($24.99/mo), and Business ($49.99/mo). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is intended for new subscribers who are evaluating the platform, in addition to the 14-day free trial already provided.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to our billing team at billing@ictdesk.net with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you wish to have refunded
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge date. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible for a full refund.
3. What Is Refundable
The following payments are eligible for refunds under our policy:
- Monthly subscription fees — within 30 days of the charge date
- Annual subscription fees — within 30 days of the charge date for full refund; pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the year after 30 days (see section 5)
- Duplicate charges — accidental double billing will always be refunded regardless of when reported
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- White-label setup fees — these involve custom configuration work that is delivered at the time of purchase
- Custom development fees — any bespoke development or integration work commissioned from ICT Innovations
- Monthly renewal charges older than 30 days — we are unable to refund charges for periods already fully used
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations — accounts suspended due to abuse, spam, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds
5. Annual Plans — Pro-Rated Refunds
If you subscribed to an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 30-day full refund window, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused months. The refund amount is calculated as:
Refund = (Monthly rate × Unused full months remaining)
For example, if you paid for an annual Professional plan and cancel after 4 months of use, you would be eligible for a refund equivalent to 8 months of the monthly rate.

6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 1–2 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If you have not seen the credit after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
